1) How much does it cost to list our dive shop on your website?

Our rates are extremely affordable, and would only require a few bookings per month to pay for itself. Don't forget that once you've listed your dive shop, you can create additional listings for great diving deals, dive trips, and more!

2) Why should I list with Scuba Spy?

3) Can I edit my listing and, if so, how do I do it?

You can edit your listing 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Simply login here.

4) How can I change the information in my profile?

You can make changes to your listing at any time. Simply login here with your username and password, click on ‘Maintain Listings ’, and make the necessary adjustments to your listing.

5) I forgot my password, what can I do?

You can request your password from our lost password page here.

6) Can I change the way my page layout is setup?

Unfortunately, that is not an option. We choose to maintain the same page layout for every listing to ensure consistency for potential divers so they can access information quickly and conveniently.

7) Why do some pictures look better than others after I upload them?

If the picture quality is poor to begin with (not enough light, poor angles, etc.), the picture will not look as good as you want it to on your listing page. Ensure that you take lots of pictures, with a good camera, preferably on a sunny day and choose the ones that you like most that show all the different qualities of your diving operation.

8) How long will it take for my page to be up and running once I sign up?

Once you have signed up and your payment is made, your page will be live and ready to be viewed by divers browsing our website.

9) How can I get in touch with a real person to ask additional questions?

10) How can I get my deal listed as a Hot Dive Deal?

Once you login, click on 'Hot Deals' in the members area. From there, you can select any of your listings to submit a great deal. A few things that Hot Deals can be used for special seasonal deals, to fill the last few slots on a dive charter, or anything else you can think of! If we agree that it is a great deal, it will be approved and visible in our Hot Dive Deals section. If we think it is truly amazing, we will post it on nearly every page of our website as Scuba Spy's Hottest Deal!

11) What determines the order of listings for each region or city?

Dive centers and scuba trips are listed completely at random. Featured listings are available on our home page, as well as every country, region, and city page for a more prominent listing.

12) Our operation has multiple dive shop locations. Can we list them all?

Absolutely! Our pricing is based on physical location listings. That is to say that once you've paid for and listed your first location with us, you are entitled to unlimited free Dive Trip and Dive Deals listings. However, if you wish to add a listing for an additional dive center location in another city, you will need to pay for that listing as well..
